Eugeny Alexandrov, PhD, Chief Lawyer, and Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) were among the speakers at the International seminar «The Fate of Licenses in Case of Insolvency» held by LES Russia. The attendees of the seminar considered a complex of issues relating to the significance of IP assets, in particular, ways of use licensing agreements during bankruptcy procedure, M & A and other issues. The seminar gathered over 30 IP specialists from Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia and Kazakhstan.
