Evgeny Alexandrov, PhD, Chief Lawyer, and Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior lawyer (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the Roundtable «IP protection on Internet: copyright and neighboring rights» held by the International Chamber of Commerce at the Moscow Hotel InterContinental Tverskaya.

The latest changes to the Russia «anti-piracy» law, new trends in liability in case of infringement of exclusive rights (copyright), particularly liability of media mediators, Moscow city court practice relating to the IPRs protection on Internet, Intellectual Rights Court practice in the field of copyright and neighboring rights on Internet and other questions were considered. The Roundtable gathered about 50 attendees form state bodies, business and law firms.
