Nikolay Bogdanov, Partner, Patent attorney, Valery Lyzhin, Trademark Attorney, Tatiana Pogrebinskaya, PhD, Trademark Attorney, Olga Yashina, Lawyer (all from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), and Sergey Baigulov, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Ekaterinburg), spoke at a seminar entitled «Important aspects of IP legal protection in Russia and abroad» convened by the Ekaterinburg branch office.

Their presentations included: «The protection of employersпїЅ inventions," «Trademarks: the concept and the criteria for registration," «Trademarks and designs: the comprehensive legal protection of 3-D objects," «The ways of disposal of IPRs," «The foreign registration of Russian trademarks,», «The legal and practical considerations for the IPR protection on Internet sites," and «Review of 2012–2013 court practice regarding trademarks and domain names.»

The seminar was well attended by the directors, CEOs, chief lawyers, marketing and advertising management from many major regional companies.
