知的財産：トピックの法的問題と裁判所の慣習

Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) lectured on “IP deals: legal and practical issues” at the upgrading course “Intellectual Property: topic legal issues and court practice” hosted by the Law Institute “M-Logos” (Moscow) for lawyers and attorneys-at-law practicing in the IP area. The speaker highlighted main novellas in respect of IP rights disposal and the new rules of registration of IP rights transactions at the Russian PTO. The presentation was supported by court cases including those from Sergey practice. Special attention was paid to problems and typical mistakes occurred in the process of preparing and making IP deals. The seminar gathered more than 30 lawyers from various businesses.
