Anna Degtyareva, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “The MONCLER trade mark defense, detection of counterfeit goods. Some issues of cooperation between IPRs holders and customs bodies” at the Regional seminar on protection of IPRs by the Russian customs bodies held at the Krasnodar Customs of the South Customs Department. The Seminar was designed for officers of the Federal Customs Service, regional Customs and also for representatives of major companies – IPRs holders.
