Valery Narezhny, PhD, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) was an expert on April 9, 2015 at the online conference «Documenting deals with suppliers: tax due diligence» held by the Russian tax portal (taxpravo.ru). The conference highlighted one of the most acute issues in the current law enforcement and court practice — the issue of confirmation of the due care by the taxpayer while choosing a business partner. Valery Narezhny has been among the experts of the portal for over seven years. This is the biggest Russian language online resource on taxation in Russia and other countries.
