Vladimir Bashkirov, Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the seminar “Patent information in Asian countries” held by EPO in Vienna. New opportunities in providing patent information searches in open and commercial search resources, modern search tools, peculiarities of work with the latest patent data bases were in the focus of discussion. The seminar gathered about 100 attendees from Patent Offices and IP law firms of India, Japan, China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and other countries.
