ラウンドテーブルウクライナにおける知的財産権執行の話題

Oleg Zhukhevich, Ukrainian Patent Attorney, Attorney at Law (Gorodissky & Partners, Kiev), took part in a Roundtable Topical issues of IP rights enforcement in Ukraine, hosted by the PTO of Ukraine, the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and the Research Institute of Intellectual Property (Ukraine). The Roundtable was devoted to theoretical and practical issues of effective IP rights protection in administrative, civil and commercial proceedings. Among issues of the discussion were an admissibility of cases arising from legal disputes associated with IP subject matters, a determination of the procedural status of their subjects.
