セミナー知的財産法：ロシア民法第Ⅳ部の実践と改革

Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Practical Aspects of Closing and Registration of Different IP Transactions: Main Problems, Typical Mistakes” at the seminar hosted by the Law Institute “M-Logos” in Moscow for lawyers and other experts practicing IP law. The speaker highlighted the major novation concerning the disposal of exclusive rights and amendments in the manners of registration of the respective deals. The presentation was supported by the numerous cases from the court practice, including the speaker’s IP practice. The seminar gathered approximately 20 lawyers and business representatives, including banking, industrial and retail delegates.
