Inna Rybchak, Paralegal (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) attended the Seminar on the Madrid system held by WIPO in Geneva. Topic trademark issues such as further development of the Madrid system, peculiarities of international application filing, substantial examining, preliminary refuse and response to it and other issues were highlighted during the seminar. The seminar gathered about 50 attendees from many countries.
