Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Lawyer, and Dr. Natalia Radchenko, Counsel (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), were the speakers at the regular seminar held by M-Logos Law Institute on topic issues of protection and turnover of IP rights in Russia. Sergey Medvedev delivered a lecture «IP security: legal and practical issues» which concerned the peculiarities of legal regulations and practical aspects of IP security deals conclusion.

Dr. Natalia Radchenko spoke on «Correlation of rights on means of individualization and collision thereof» and highlighted the peculiarities of appearance and action of exclusive rights on trademark, company name and commercial designation, grounds for collision of rights and practice of dispute resolution. The seminar gathered about 30 representatives of business, such as advertising, IT and legal practice.
