Sergey Medvedev, Ph. D., LLM, Senior lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a lecture «IP rights protection by customs procedures» at the professional development course «Intellectual property: topical legal issues and litigation practice» held by M-Logos Law Institute.

The lecture illustrated by numerous cases from the speakerпїЅs practice was focused on anti-counterfeiting, parallel import suppression, recording of IP objects by Customs registry, IP legal protection within Customs Union and other issues.

Lawyers dealing with IP in their professional activities and other IP specialists attended the lecture.
