Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a lecture «Legal IP Due Diligence. Modern Approaches» at Section «Practical Aspects of Commercialization of Intellectual Property» at the XXI International Conference «Actual Problematic Issues of Intellectual Property». Sergey shared his experience in doing legal IP due diligence, including in terms of M&A and JV deals. The presentation was accompanied by specific projects of the practice. This year the Conference gathered over 200 delegates from many countries.

Sergey Medvedev, shared his opinion of the conference:

— I am satisfied with participation in the conference, the subject of my report caused a vivid interest of the audience and many questions were asked. We are grateful to be invited by the Ukranian party. We are happy, that the Gorodissky & Partners Kiev office has a good reputation in Ukraine. Participation in such a major IP event has a great practical value for us. There is an opportunity to share experience with colleagues, meet representatives of other law firms, get new business contacts, enlarge a range of clients. I am pleasantly surprised with the conference audience — they are mostly young, active and motivated, seeking solutions for the IP questions.
