Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Senior lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) gave a lecture «Practical aspects of IP contracts drafting and registering: common problems and mistakes» at a seminar «IP law implementation and amendments to part IV of Russian Civil Code» organized by M-Logos Law Institute for the lawyers who administer IP legislation in their professional activities.
