セルゲイ・メドヴェージェフ氏、ロシアにおける商標偽造の挑戦を発表

Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation «Challenging Trademark Counterfeiting in Russia» at the conference «IP on the Edge» held by The John Marshall Law School.

The conference highlighted different issues of IP protection including copyrights, trade marks and patents. Many well- known American lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys, judges and students specialized on IP attended the conference.
