Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation «Legal protection of brand as IP subject-matter» at the Higher school of marketing and business development within the professional upgrading program «Brand management». Sergey highlighted both general legal and particular practical issues of IP protection of trademarks and commercial designations in Russia. Over 30 representatives of marketing and advertising business attended the lecture.
