セルゲイメドヴェージェフは通関手続きの下での知的財産権保護措置について講演

Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), lectured on «IPRs protection measures under customs clearance» in the continuing legal education course themed «Intellectual property: topic legal issues and litigation» offered by the M-Logos Law Institute for IP lawyers.

The lecture gathered practicing lawyers and specialists involved in enforcement of IP rights and highlighted such issues as counterfeiting, suppression of parallel import, entering IP objects in the Russian Customs Register, specifics of IP legal protection in the Customs Union etc. The lecture was illustrated with real-life case examples from SergeyпїЅs practice.
