Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) lectured on «Practical Aspects of Drafting and Registration of IP Agreements: Main Problems, Typical Mistakes» at the Seminar «Intellectual Property: topic issues and court practice» hosted by the Law Institute «M-Logos» for lawyers and attorneys-at-law practicing in the IP area.

The presentation was supported by the cases from Sergey practice and concerned the new rules of registration of IP rights transactions, in particular assignment, licensing, franchising (commercial concession) and pledge agreements due to amendments in the legislation. The seminar gathered more than 30 lawyers from various businesses.
