Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) lectured on «Practical Aspects of Drafting and Registration of IP Agreements: Main Problems, Typical Mistakes» in a Seminar «Intellectual Property Laws: The Practice and Reform of Part IV of the Russian Civil Code» hosted by the Law Institute «M-Logos» for lawyers and other experts practicing in the IP area. The seminar gathered more than 30 executives and lawyers from banking, insurance, industrial, retail and telecom sectors.
