Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke on «Practical Aspects of Drafting and Registration of Different IP Agreements: Main Problems, Typical Mistakes» at the Seminar «Intellectual Property Laws: the Practice and Reform of Part IV of the Russian Civil Code» hosted by the Law Institute «M-Logos» for lawyers and other experts practicing in the IP area.

The speaker highlighted the major novellas concerning disposal of exclusive rights and amendments in the ways of registration of the respective agreements. The presentation was supported by the numerous cases from the court practice, Sergey practice as well. The seminar gathered over 30 executives and lawyers from industrial, retail and telecom sectors.
