Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation «Patent legal protection and enforcement in Russia» in the Law firm Wood Phillips.

The presentation highlighted the issues of legal protection and enforcement of patent rights, legislation and practice of patent licensing and was illustrated by court cases. American patent attorneys and IP lawyers attended the presentation.
