Sergey Vasiliev, Ph. D., Senior lawyer, and Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Senior Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the masterclass «IP protection in the Internet» organized by Corporate Counsel Association in the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Main topics of the masterclass were definition of software and databases, «parallel» system of database legal protection, legal status of software and databases and issues of their registration, license agreement system, aspects of software and database protection.
