Vladimir Biriulin, Partner, Head of Legal Practice and Denis Ashikhin, Patent attorney attended the conferenceпїЅ “China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit 2015” in Shanghai. China and Russia have strengthen their economic relations over the last years. Both countries are engaged in many joint projects ranging from power engineering to building automotive plants. Vladimir spoke at one of the Panel sessions and his presentation was dedicated to doing business in Russia showing how business partners could organize business with reliance on IP provisions of the Russian law. The conference was attended by about 500 representatives from various business sectors including leading Chinese industrial companies and law firms. The presentation provoked much interest on the part of the participants.
