第11回年次セミナー成功企業のためのIP保護戦略

The 11th annual seminar «IP Protection Strategies for Company Successful Development» was held in Gorodissky & Partners Moscow office. Leading IP attorneys and lawyers from the Moscow and Krasnodar offices of «Gorodissky & Partners» spoke on effective obtaining, disposal and protection of IP exclusive rights in Russia and abroad.

Three sessions of the seminar covered such issues as patentability criteria in the Russian and Eurasian PTOs, modern trends of utility models and patent protection, FTO examination methods, pharma and biotech patent search issues, troll patenting, evidence of trademark use, grounds for trademark registration refusal, non-conventional trademarks, IP exclusive rights transfer without agreements, damage compensation in patent disputes, franchising in Russia, and others.

The seminar was well-attended by over 40 top managers, attorneys, lawyers, marketing and brand-managers, economists of industrial companies, R&D centers, universities and other institutions from many Russian cities, as well as from Limassol (Cyprus), Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Bishkek (Kirgizia). Some attendees participate in the Gorodissky seminar year by year, being attracted by its practical and balanced program, vivid high-level presentations and lively discussions.
