第7回BRICS知的財産フォーラムBIPF 2015

Vladimir Biriulin, Partner, Head of Legal Practice, Maxim Gorbachev, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, Vyacheslav Rybchak, Trademark Attorney, and Ilya Goryachev, Lawyer (all from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) were among the speakers at the BIPF-2015. The Forum was organized by the law firms of BRICS countries  Daniel Advogados (Brazil), Gorodissky & Partners (Russia), Remfry & Sagar (India), CCPIT Law Office (China) and Adams & Adams (South Africa). This year it was hosted by CCPIT. The speakers included Dr. Zhou Xiang, Presiding judge of IP Court, Ms. Zhang Jing, SIPO Deputy Director General and representatives of the BRICS law firms who made presentations on all aspects of intellectual property including legal protection and licensing of inventions, trademarks and development of national IP legislations. Some presentations gave a cross section of similar problems faced by the BRICS countries. The Forum was attended by about 100 representatives.
