Valery Narezhny, PhD, Counsel, and Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior lawyer (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke at the seminar «Rights for results of intellectual activity: Turnover and Protection» hosted by IRSOT, Moscow, the educational institution of modern technologies — for lawyers, tax consultants and accountants. The presentations covered both — general and specific — aspects of legal regulation and practice of conclusion of different IP agreements in Russia as well as IP taxation.

The presentations were supported by numerous practical cases, including those from the speakersпїЅ practice. The seminar was attended by about 20 participants from various business sectors, including the legal and IT areas, and about 40 people who distantly participated at the seminar. The presentations were of great interest to the attendees, led to many questions and ended with a vivid discussion.
