Viktor Stankovsky, Partner, Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, St. Petersburg) and Vladimir Mescheryakov, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the VI Annual Conference of the Chamber of Russian Patent Attorneys held at the Hotel Zarya (Moscow region). Viktor Stankovsky spoke on «Determing of patent infringement if claims have non-relevant and dynamic features». Vladimir Mesheryakov gave a presentation in the Workshop «Proving the use of an invention». The Conference gathered about 100 patent attorneys from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Latvia and Germany.
