ウラジミール・ビリウリン、ユリー・クズネツォフ、アレクセイ・クラティクが第5回BRICS知的財産権フォーラム

Vladimir Biriulin, Yury Kuznetsov and Alexey Kratiuk, Partners (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), were among the speakers at the 5th Annual BRICS Intellectual Property Forum (BIPF) held in Chicago in cooperation with John Marshall Law School.

The Forum focused on such issues as patent novelty, compulsory licenses including pharma patents, new developments in BRICS PTOs, inventor rewards, trade mark non-use, trade mark prosecution and registration strategies etc. More than 40 IP practitioners and businessmen attended the Forum.
