Vladimir Trey, Partner, Trademark attorney, and Sergey Medvedev, Ph. D., LLM, Senior lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) held an upgrading course at the seminar «Brand management» held by Marketing & Business Development Department of the Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and also gave a lecture «Brand as an IP subject matter: theory and practice» highlighting practical issues of trademark prosecution, legal protection of traditional, well-known and collective trademarks.

The lecture also outlined IP rights enforcement, anti-counterfeiting/grey import, disposal of trademark exclusive rights etc.
