LES Russia Jubilee Conference ‘Intellectual Property and Business: Results of the Past Year, Practice, Trends’

Gorodissky & Partners is a partner of the jubilee conference “Intellectual Property and Business: Results of the Past Year, Practice, Trends” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Russian National Group to Licensing Executive Society (LES Russia).

Evgeny Alexandrov, President of LES Russia, Ph.D., Partner, Head of Legal, Trademark and Design Practice (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) will moderate the conference.

Nikolay Bogdanov, Partner, Counsel, (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) will present an overview of the recent changes in intellectual property law and practice.

Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D., Partner, Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) will speak about conclusions and lessons learned from court practice in license transaction disputes.

Heads of the Russian PTO, the Eurasian Patent Office, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Intellectual Property Rights Court, the Russian Franchising Association, major Russian companies and industrial associations are invited to participate.

The conference will be devoted to legal protection and commercialization of IP rights, discussing peculiarities of IP issues in IT sphere, review of the latest changes in IP legislation and practice, as well as the prospects of the Eurasian Patent Convention expansion.
