Nikita Maltsev presented a report ‘Current Issues in Advertising: 2025’.
The report examined the practical distinction between information and advertising on proprietary internet resources and between native advertising and organic integration.
Alina Grechikhina made a presentation ‘Trademarks Contradictory to Public Interests. What Are They?’.
This presentation examined trademarks and designations that were found to conflict with public interests, morals and ethics. Particular focus was given to cases involving the invalidation of trademarks such as 'Shurale', 'Su Anasy' and 'Kamyr-Batyr', which are the names of mythological characters and fairy-tale heroes that hold ethno-cultural value for the Tatar people.
