Irina Rogal, Partner, Trademark Attorney, Trademark Attorneys Valery Lyzhin and Viacheslav Rybchak (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the 32nd ECTA Conference on protection and use of trademarks in the European Union. The Conference gathered about 600 delegates from 74 countries.

Yury Kuznetsov, Partner, Patent Attorney, and Vladimir Trey, Partner, Trademark Attorney (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), were invited to give presentations on «Patents and Trademarks: Recent Russian practice and Japanese companies' business in Russia» at the Council Meeting of the APAA Japan in Osaka. The Seminar gathered over 50 Japanese businessmen and patent\trademark attorneys.

The webinar «Legal issues on protection and enforcement of biopharmaceutical patent rights in Russia» was held by Gorodissky & Partners (Moscow). Dmitry Klimenko, PhD, Patent Attorney, and Eugeny Alexandrov, PhD, Chief Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke on selected legal aspects of obtaining and protection of IP rights for bio-pharma inventions via the Russian PTO and Eurasian PO, told the legislative and procedural differences between the attitudes of these offices.
