Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a lecture «Practical issues of compiling and registration of various kinds of IP agreements: main problems,typical mistakes " at an Extension Course «Intellectual property: topic legal issues and litigation» organized by M-Logos Law Institute for IP lawyers. The lecture was closed by vivid discussion illustrated by cases from Sergey’s practice.

Eugeny Alexandrov, PhD, Chief Lawyer, and Sergey Medvedev, LLM, PhD, Senior Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) were among the speakers at the International seminar «The Fate of Licenses in Case of Insolvency» held by LES Russia. The attendees of the seminar considered a complex of issues relating to the significance of IP assets, in particular, ways of use licensing agreements during bankruptcy procedure, M & A and other issues.

Yaroslava Gorbunova, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, St.-Petersburg) together with a group of Russian officials, lawyers, patent attorneys and other IP specialists visited Danish and Swedish PTOs and took part in a meeting with local businessmen, PTO and Customs officials, authorities within the framework of Nordic Council of Ministers’ project «Nordic-Russian Cooperation in IP rights enforcement».
