Amendments to the Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information" and to the Civil Procedure Code, came into force
1 May 2015Now, such measures as blocking access to pirated media can be applied not only in respect of the movies, but also in the case of illegal online distribution of other works of copyright and neighbouring rights (except photographs), including computer programs and databases.
