Changes made by Federal Law № 221-ФЗ of July 21,2014 in Paragraph 1 of Article 330.30 of Part II of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, came into effect
2 April 2015In accordance with these changes, official fees charged for state registration with Rospatent of computer programs, databases and topology of integrated microcircuits, were increased by approximately 70%.
The same Federal Law amended Subparagraph 72 of Paragraph 1 of Article 330.33, according to which official fees for issuance of a certificate of a patent attorney, for making changes in it, and issuance of a duplicate were also increased by 70%.
