At the XX International IP Conference “Topic issues of intellectual property”

At the XX International IP Conference «Topic issues of intellectual property» Julia Pakhomova, Russian Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), and Andrey Nikolaenko, Ukrainian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Kiev) gave a presentation «Protection of well-known trade marks in Russia and Ukraine», and Oleg Zhukhevych, Ukrainian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Kiev) gave a presentation «Does business documentation constitute evidence of trademark use?».

The Conference held by the Ukrainian PTO together with WIPO was attended by more than 300 delegates from Russia, USA, Poland, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China and other countries.
