PCT Formalities Seminar

Elizaveta Popova, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney, and Ekaterina Shushunina, Assistant (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the Seminar "PCT Formalities" held by FORUM – Institut fuer Management GmbH in Amsterdam. The Seminar covered topical issues of the PCT mechanism such as: latest developments of the PCT System, filing requirements, international preliminary examination, requirements for entry into the national phase and others.
