Seminar for customs authorities “IP protection issues”

Nikolay Ptitsyn, Regional director, Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Vladivostok), spoke on “Search for counterfeit goods, difficulties in prosecution of violators and issues of interaction between the right holder with the customs and legal authorities” at the Seminar “IP protection issues” held by Far Eastern Customs Administration in Vladivostok. The Seminar gathered about 20 participants.
