Seminar “Issues of IP use in a service sector. Court practice. Liabilities”

Daria Yosef, Regional Director, Nikita Maltsev, Lawyer, and Tatiana Filimonova, Lawyer, (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Perm), spoke at the Seminar “Issues of IP use in servicing. Court practice. Liabilities” held by Gorodissky in Perm (Russia) in cooperation with the Ministry of industry, business and trade of Perm region and the Perm business development fund. The Seminar covered IP legislation in Russia, royalties for public performance of music and audio records, employees reimbursements, trademark value for business development and key aspects of a trademark legal protection. The Seminar gathered over 30 representatives of grocery retailers, shopping malls, fashion retail, restaurant business, health and beauty industry.
