Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Tax arrears recovery from the debtor`s interdependent and affiliated persons” at the Seminar “Recovery of damages from the management of a legal body, controllers` responsibility in bankruptcy” held by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) in Moscow. The Seminar gathered over 45 participants, mainly lawyers.
