Sergey Baigulov spoke on «Anti-counterfighting court practice»

Sergey Baigulov, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Ekaterinburg), spoke on «Anti-counterfighting court practice» at the regional IP seminar «Topic issues of commercial limitations and IP protection» held by the Urals Customs.

The Seminar was attended by customs officers, officials of the Svedlovsk territory bodies of Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, Ministry of domestic affairs, Ministry of industry and commerce, as well as holders of the trade marks registered in the Russian Federal Customs Register.
