The China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit 2018

Sergey Dorofeev, Partner, Russia and Eurasian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit 2018 in Shanghai. Within the frame of the Summit S. Dorofeev and Andrey Secretov, Head of International Relations Department of the Eurasian Patent Office made presentation on "Important aspects of patenting inventions in accordance with Russian and Eurasian procedures" The Summit attendees learned about fundamentals of the Eurasian patent system, the key advantages of the Eurasian patent procedure, as well as the procedure for obtaining of legal protection for inventions in Russia.

Among the participants of the Summit were top managers and experts in the field of intellectual property from leading Chinese and international companies specializing in telecommunications, electronics, information technology, pharmaceuticals, Internet commerce and finance from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Pakistan, India, Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, USA and Russia.
