Amendments to the Regulations on the EAPO Fees

Starting July 1, 2022, the amendments to the Regulations on Fees of the Eurasian Patent Organization, approved by the EAPO Administrative Council at the fortieth (twelfth extraordinary) meeting, come into effect.

The fees will be Increased by an average of 25 – 30 %, new additional fees are implemented as EAPO will act as a PCT international searching authority and as an office of international preliminary examination.

Please note that from July 1, applicants will be required to pay new increased fees, regardless of the previously received EAPO notifications, indicating previous fees.
