Approved amendments to the Regulations on Patent and Other Fees for the Performance of Legally Significant Actions by Rospatent will come into effect
5 October 2024Starting October 5, 2024 the amendments to the Regulations on Patent and Other Fees of the Russian PTO approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1278 dated September 18, 2024, came into effect.
The changes concern the increase of many fees, abolition of the 30% discount when applying to the Russian PTO in electronic form and introduction of a new procedure for payment of patent maintenance fees (5-year periods).
