Russia adopts new amendments bringing IP law in conformity with the Marrakesh Agreement

On June 11, 2022 Russia adopted Law 176-Ф3. It amends Part IV of the Civil Code in that it brings IP law in conformity with the Marrakesh Agreement facilitating access of blind and visually impaired people to published works.
