19 February 2026Natalia Nikolaeva, Partner, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Novosibirsk) presented a report “Author’s Remuneration for Service Developments: Balancing Interests of Employee and Employer” at the Civilists Club meeting “Civil Rights with Intellectual Aspects (Social Networks and Technologies): Perspectives from Corporate, Family, and Inheritance Lawyers as well as Intellectual Property Specialists”, which took place in Novosibirsk.
Natalia considered a situation where the employment contract provides for a condition that the employee's salary represents full and sufficient remuneration, including authorship compensation for creation and use of all service-related intellectual property results that the employee may create.
