Gorodissky & Partners in association with AIPPI Japan held in Tokyo the seminar «Russian IP Law». The Seminar program covered Russian IP legislation changes in 2009–2011 and trends of new development; strategies of obtaining patents in Russia by national and Eurasian routes; specifics of prosecuting trademark applications in Russia; parallel import and Customs union (Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan), etc.
The seminar speakers were Valery Medvedev, Managing Partner, Patent & Trademark Attorney, Yuri Kuznetsov, Partner, Patent Attorney, Vladimir Birulin, Partner, Patent & Trademark Attorney, and Alexander Nesterov, Trademark Attorney (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow). About 100 representatives of Japanese business and legal community attended the Seminar.
