Gorodissky & Partners Strengthens Dispute Resolution Practice

Gorodissky & Partners announces the strengthening of its dispute resolution practice. The team is welcoming Maksim Volkov who has joined the firm as Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law.

Maksim has extensive experience in working with Russian and international clients on different IP aspects, including trademark enforcement, litigation and dispute resolution, unfair competition, copyright and related rights and anti-piracy, know-how and trade secrets protection, as well as legal support in commercial IP and IT transactions.

Maksim is a regular speaker at major Russian IP conferences and seminars. His expertise and practice in resolving IP disputes has been recognized by leading Russian rankings, such as Pravo-300, Rossiyskaya Gazeta and others.

Prior to joining Gorodissky & Partners, Maksim has been managing the dispute resolution practice at PATENTUS law firm and also previously worked as a lawyer at ART DE LEX law firm.
