II Arctic Regions Forum

Sergey Dorofeev, Partner, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) took part in the panel discussion “Technological Sovereignty in the Arctic. Import substitution in engineering industry” with a presentation “Technical innovations and intellectual property” within the framework of the II Arctic-Regions Forum held in Arkhangelsk. Sergey Dorofeev pointed out the importance of intellectual property rights registration for import-substituting and innovative productions in the shipbuilding industry. The Forum was attended by over 1300 delegates from more than 40 regions of Russia.
