IP Central Asian Forum 2021
15 April - 16 April 2021Natalia Nikolaeva, Partner, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Novosibirsk) and Nikita Maltsev, Ph.D., Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), made a presentation “Development and practice of application of anti-piracy legislation in the Russian Federation” at the IP Central Asian Forum 2021.
Given examples of real court cases the speakers talked about the practice of enforcement of the Anti-Piracy Law and new ways to combat pirated content on the Internet that have become possible after the recent amendments to the Russian legislation.
